IADT's graduating class of 2014 was honored to have Dr. Derschaun Sharpley, CEO and Founder of H.I.S. Agency, to give their commencement's keynote address.

96% of women around the world do not consider themselves beautiful. 80% of women agree that every woman has something about her that is beautiful but do not see their own beauty. Dr. Derschaun knows first hand about both statistics and will share based on her real life experiences growing up with two fathers, one a drug addict and one a pimp and how those relationships impacted her self -worth and how she overcame it. The participants will walk away knowing that regardless of their circumstances, You Are the Gift.
