H.I.S. is an educational initiative, which provides top-quality, hands-on, activity-based leadership training for boys and girls age 8 to 18. Through character development, etiquette/manners, and entrepreneurship education, youth learn to enhance their life-skills by improving their business, academic, and life skills.

One Pearl, a  6-week program offers young ladies the leadership skills, social skills and personal style that inspires self-confidence and prepares them for success in life.

One Star, a 6-week program offers boys an opportunity to learn the social skills and table manners that can help them to become confident young gentlemen.

  • Polishing Shoes and Tying a Tie
  • The ABC’s of Dining
  • Wardrobe Essentials

Dining for Success, a 2-hour dining tutorial popular with youth and adults offers an opportunity to meet life’s challenges with confidence by teaching proper dining etiquette.

A sample of topics include:

  • Handling difficult foods
  • Napkin etiquette
  • Navigating the table setting
  • Proper dinner conversation
  • Setting a table
  • Using utensils properly
